Just to pitch it out there, I've recently come into a fair bit of spare time and would love to put my skills to work. I'd be happy to do up a small system if nobody else wants to. One thing I think would be sweet is server-side ID3 tagging based on your submission info, opt-out optional. That'd be a...

Fight Reviews and phpBB

I'm thinking of writing up a web app that'll let people write Song Fight reviews, and it'll format them for the forum, optionally with a pretty coloured star rating and other fancy things people might suggest. Being the standards nub that I am, I'm tossing around the idea that I could encode the rev...

Continued from up ^^ Muffcake *** * This file confused me because the ID3 tag had a different artist in it. o_O The recording sounds a bit flat, but that wouldn't stop me getting up and dancing if it came on in a pub or shopping center... Anywhere's good for embarrassment. The lyrics sound a little ...

Quick Thoughts

I think that the server isn't liking my one-long post, so I'll do it in two bits. I took the time to add a star rating determined partially by how many times I listened to it, partially by me entering it manually. 3 is the average -- and pretty much means "not doing it for me either way." ...

Neither does anybody else, I sort of finished it off without any thought at all. Having to explain it makes it lame. Lamer, even.

There's no "outside" reference, it's just two paranormal investigators X-Files style. Who just happen to be dice. Pretty silly.

Okay, I'm not sure if I'm tripping some kind of mechanism for detecting particularly shabby jokes or something, but my art isn't submitting this week. There's a zip of it if someone wants to add it manually. http://barstool.techtoucian.net/outside%20paradise-400.png Additionally: Any chance of getti...

New Server Issues?

www.songfight.org and songfight.org are displaying different content. Turns out they're both resolving to different IPs. 208.113.148.85 and 216.127.80.132 respectively. I'm not sure if this is a DNS issue isolated to me, or someone forgot something so I'll post it anyway. Hope nobody minds too much...

For your consideration: Beauty is a Burden. Because that many adoring fans loving you at once has got to get old.

Larger version also exists. Comments, criticism and other flatulence welcome.

Aw. Thanks. There's a larger, non-jpegged version of it here if anyone wants. The jpeg kind of didn't work so well. :-)

I signed up for an Unearthed account just to write you a review and accidentally submitted it before I'd finished the first sentence. Nuts. :-(

I was inspired to do up some art for this, so I emailed off for an art account. Sausage Boy did something kinda similar to mine before I heard back. Aw nuts.

Anyway, does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a reply for this kind of thing?
