Front page typo?
Shouldn't there be an apostrophe in "mp3 with artists name sent to ..."
As in "mp3 with artist's name sent to ..."
As in "mp3 with artist's name sent to ..."

Yes; but you could also argue that it should really say 'mp3 with artist/artists' name/s' or possibly 'mp3 with artist name' would be the way around it - overall, a big W to that, methinks.
More importantly, shouldn't there be some fightmasters' picks? It's been maybe three weeks since the last list, and I wholeheartedly refuse to believe that there haven't been some good ones in that time, which is what a regular visitor to the front page might assume.

I agree with using "artist name" and making the noun a modifying adjective instead of worrying about whether the genitive should be plural or singular. If there are multiple artists, then we are referring to the long name that encapsulates all of the individual artists' names, such as "Petey McShorn, Jimmy EuroDot, and Fidelity 24-Hour-Period (featuring Faint My Buddies and 17-18 Riddle)."j$ wrote:Yes; but you could also argue that it should really say 'mp3 with artist/artists' name/s' or possibly 'mp3 with artist name' would be the way around it - overall, a big W to that, methinks.
However, a missing apostrophe is far less a crime than an inappropriate apostrophe. I hate it when someone put's a bunch of unnecessary apostrophe's in there sentances.
