The best way to get to Mise-En Place is the M train. Take the M to the Central Ave stop. When you get out of the train, you'll be on Myrtle Avenue. One exit from that station will land you closer to Hart St., the other Cedar Street. Either one will work. You just need to go up Hart or Cedar to Central Avenue. Then you go onto Hart St. (Hart Street has a break in it) and it's not far down the block. I'll have a Songfight sign up.

If you use the L, take it to DeKalb Ave. Walk down Dekalb until you reach Wilson Avenue. Turn and then go down Hart St.

If you use J, so to Kosciuzko St. That will land you on DeKalb ave. Until with the L, you'll walk up to Central Ave before turning on to Hart St.

You can also use the Z but who the hell uses the Z.

If you are at Rivington Studios rehearsing, the M is the way to go.

Haha seriously? That's only one stop away from where I used to live. Neat. (I lived right by Myrtle-Wyckoff although I took the L train to Union Square.)

I'm pretty sure both places are all ages, but could the New York people confirm that? As well that it remains all ages during the show.
As you may recall Portland had a silly rule that kicked out the kids at 900 pm or something.

Thanks

The Cavedwellers humbly request a time slot somewhere between 600 and 830 on Sunday. Our bass player has to drive back upstate for work Monday morning. That would be a fantastic help in making everything happen.

BTW I actually got my ticket :D

I look forward to taking video of you all !

What are the soundboard mix possibilities?

Soundboard recording seems to be a go.
Awesome, tell me what I need to bring in order to walk away with a copy.
Or maybe it'll be online for downloading and I won't need anything?

thanks!

I have a few that I didn't quite complete in time ('House Red', the beginning of Nur Ein's 'Unnecessary' (psychadelic was an interesting concept for g&g) and an idea for 'Hot Tea for my HoT')
Do your song fight / nur Ein songs.

Opening slot?

Yes!
Cavedwellers will happily accept the opening slot. That will help a lot! Thank you!

Hey JB, could you set up a #SFLive channel on the Song Fight discord and provide an 'instant invite' link to it?

Sweet, there's now an SFLive channel on Discord: https://discord.gg/3Ac4swS - for those who haven't joined yet, Discord is like Google Hangouts, but less annoying.

I just arrived at my hotel, after an overnight flight that I had a panic attack during most of. Time to sleep.

And then, time for brunch. Anyone around and available? I'm in soho.

Niveous, thanks for all of the location info. My bus is slated to arrive at Port Authority on Sat. at 3:30pm. I'll probably take a cab over to my botel, check in and then try to find you guys at the practice site. Niveous I know I haven't met you yet but I'm gonna FB you in case I get lost :) Cheers!
