One good test, if you are unsure, is to remove the friend from the equation. Which is correct?

1. Wonder Nuns is the name of the band that I have.

2. Wonder Nuns is the name of the band that me have.

Clearly, it is the first. Now we put the friend back in:

Wonder Nuns is the name of the band that my friend and I have.

3. Why the question mark at the end?

Maybe it actually is "The Wonder Nuns?". Like the band "Therapy?".

That is an interesting possibility. I am unsure whether you would then need a period after the question mark, in that case. Quotes would probably clarify it, as you have exemplified.

Then, when he said "my friend and I's band is Wonder Nuns? " - he was really only guilty of using the wrong part of the verb "to be" and he meant "my friend and I's band ARE Wonder Nuns"? (OK...ignoring the whole "I's" issue and the inappropriate capitalisatons)

that doesn't matter anymore. public schools and the internet have killed grammar as we knew it. math, too. as long as you can quote Bright Eyes, and grow bangs long enough to be in your eyes, what else really matters.

As you can tell, I have not given up. There should be a question mark at the end of that last sentence.
