Sheesh, maybe it's because you preemptively defend your instrumentals against imaginary hypothetical naysayers, which actually calls more attention to your instrumentals and makes people want to naysay them, since they're already being accused of it.

but I think the guitar player should keep away from the bass notes ... ha
