After February I'll be 17. I'm guessing I'd be fine?

If my visa situation is sorted by then, and if it's at a good time, and if I save money to get some hotel-age then I would gladly be there.

Why not a West Coast tour? ;) Start in SoCal, stop in Fresno, then Santa Cruz, the Bay Area, Sacramento and surrounding areas, Portland, and Seattle, then head inland for Spokane, and Red Deer? I think there are fighters in all those places.

haha, i think it's a great idea actually. people could make the shows that were feasible for them, wouldn't have to do all of them but could do as many as they wanted, lots of variety at each show as it might not be the same in each city, etc.

who needs an annual event when you can have an annual tour? ;)

drawback: it would need massive coordination by a dedicated team of people.

Now that is an interesting idea. That'd warrant a chartered bus, methinks.

If the Magic Bus tour comes off, mark Portland as a stop. I don't know how to put together a show, but I do know people up here who have and do, heh.

Wow, they're in LA, SF, and Seattle, so we could build up a caravan of those rented vans as we head North! If we pulled something like that off we would definitely have to document it.

The idea of Songfighters touring together for a month is both hilarious and awesome. (Hey, and if we swung by a college or two I could totally pull off a legit excuse to come along :P)

What we need is 2 separate caravans, one from out west and one from down east, and they head towards Red Deer at the same time to merge in an orgy of beer, music, and Leaf.

It's easy JB. You get the van, pick up me and LMNOP in Indy. We then head North to Toronto to pick up Deshead and The Hip Cola. Travel West and South back to St. Paul to pick up Heather and Phil Redmond and WHALLA!

A very envious group of Songfighters is jealous of our truly rocking van full of talented muscians.

Can someone get in touch with the Discovery channel to pitch this as a reality show?

Thanks.
