I'm not claiming he is tough, I am saying he is cool. Charlie Harper may not be as cool as Topper Harley but he has had sex with more women than you or I have had conversations with and if that is not cool then nothing is.

I wish he wasn't getting married......on his show.

I don't care about his real life.
