Re: If you can't say anything nice..(nothing is everything revs)

It takes a long time to give earnest consideration to this many songs, and I'm not sure all of them are earnestly delivered. Without naming names, some of the entries don't seem to be very serious. It's tempting to skip comment on the ones that sound tossed off. Authors Of - The decayed refinement i...

submitted file with upper case in name

Oops. Your automated message is right about me probably being totally inept.

I re-submitted the same song with all lower case, but for all I know that's just annoying. Anyway, I plead for clemency.

Nice weather in PEI, but no recording equipment at the cottage so I can't join in on this one. A shame, it's right up my alley.

When I pitch-shift using Goldwave, even if only by a semitone, some flange-like distortion is introduced (at least, when the length is held constant). What processing software did you use?

Thanks. Maybe if I hadn't re-logged in that would have worked, but I re-logged in. when I pressed the Back button I got "Page expired."

I was working from handwritten notes, so it's not totally hopeless. Just a matter of finding another hour or so before I go on vacation this Saturday.

Oh, no! Am I a newbie or what? I just logged in and spent two hours composing thoughtful comments. But when I submitted, I was asked to log in again and all the comments were lost!

Uh, great songs, everybody!

Maybe I will write them again offline and submit them later in the week.
