I recorded a synthpop album in a month!
I spent November doing the NaSoAlMo challenge, and challenged myself to do a totally electronic album (partly because I wanted to learn to use the new Ableton Live licence I got with a new USB keyboard and partly just because I've been neglecting synths recently).
The three tracks I've recorded for November Songfights are on there alongside nine others. Oh, and I made the album cover by programming it into a Commodore 64 emulator!
If anyone fancies a listen, it's on Bandcamp, and it's a free download. Thanks!

Great stuff Vom! I really dig your Sacred Coward, I think it's gonna be a hit.

Thanks a lot! Feels a bit weird to unleash that one before the fight has been posted, but hopefully I'm not breaking any Songfight rules!

Nah, that's been done before, although on a random occasion somebody else has covered the pre-released song and submitted it too.
Totally can't remember what fight that was, though.

So many November musicmaking challenges! I didn't know about NaSoAlMo before although it doesn't surprise me that it exists. They retroactively allow registration so I put my Novembeat thing in. I hope that's okay.
Anyway. Congrats on finishing the challenge. It's always fun to do this sort of thing. Your music's pretty great, too.

Thanks! It was fun, although I'm definitely looking forward to a more laid-back December.

I listened to the whole thing yesterday, I loved it.
From spoken word to actual singing, I can screw up any style with style.
