Re: Songfight: The ________ ___ ing
Thanks for the tip, JB. Didn't think I had to be explicit about that. I have changed the thread title and the original post accordingly.

Re: Songfight: The Rockening
The Rockening it is (thanks, Niv). Here's what you do next:
Send to: fightmaster@songfight.org
Topic: The Rockening
Attachment: A picture of you and/or your band. 675 pixels square EXACTLY. I don't give a flying fuck about resolution, so don't ask. We're talking about pixels, here.
Text: A brief description of you and/or your band, together with a short word or phrase describing your super-power or special talent.
Deadline for round one*, one week from today, or Monday, July 21, midnight, my time. You figure out what that is in whatever time units you use.
Cards will be produced. Those who are able to follow the above directions OR already have a picture and description in the archive will be included (although the resolution there is lower, so better to send, but I want to include some old timers who aren't here any more). Stay tuned.
There will be a discussion of game rules to follow.
Note that this same image and text MAY be used, at my discretion, to update your archive page.
This is a SPUD production, so don't expect your suggestions to be taken seriously, other than for game rules.

Re: Songfight: The Rockening
Or, you know, post them here. I will grab them. But that might just Nevada the thread, so email is better.

Re: Songfight: The Rockening
675 pixels is not Nevada territory. At least not in this day and age of 1920x1200 monitors being typical and even 2560x1440 being pretty common.

Re: Songfight: The Rockening
I will deserve the punch I get for asking this, but, does 675 pixels mean 675 x 675? Am I saying this right? I can do this, just want to be clear. I can't count. Never could.
Bringin' the stink since 2006.

Yes, my dear man. 675 pixels square is the same as 675 x 675. Go for it.Paco Del Stinko wrote:I will deserve the punch I get for asking this, but, does 675 pixels mean 675 x 675? Am I saying this right? I can do this, just want to be clear. I can't count. Never could.

Ha! Yes, square. Guess I, uh, didn't see that word the 15 times I read that. Ahem. Thanks, Spud.
