Any chance a few of you cats would like to exchange telephone numbers so I know who to yell at for help when I'm lost and mugged and starving and dying of tuberculosis or chlamydia or whatever you New Yorkers keep in your water supply?

You know, for emergency's sake.

Also, I'll be getting to the neighborhood sometime late Saturday afternoon and can probably do a bit of shuttling with my car if you're good with directions. 1-800-redacted

I think I have one of those big black music stands, but it would be schlep. Should I buy a couple cheapies? I know I'll need one, but I'm a solo show.

Which brings to mind - on one or more tune, I could use some sonic ambiance. Feel free to spontaneously assemble the roymond orchestral tone generation ensemble. Any interested parties (cough...cough...Bill...umm...)?

That would be great.

And if anyone needs help with their set, I'll be available.

Sure, I can probably whip something up. Send me email, you've got my address! I can, of course, only do this if your set is on Saturday.

Has the lineup been finalized? Is anyone moving days? I can update that poster if we're settled down now. Is there a live fight happening on Sunday? I have a nascent idea for "They Control the Weather" but I probably won't have time to finish it anyway.

The lineup is finalized.
No one is moving days
Sure, you can update the poster
Yes, there is a live fight on Sunday to fill up the lost space.
The title is top secret. PM me if you wanna participate in the live fight and don't already know the title.

I've got my IM open right now, for any questions.
AIM= learning curve 77 (without the spaces of course)

Just finished my set. Great to play out! Hueristics Inc. Played a set of fine electronica, then Niveous brought down the house with his uplifting songs. Ben Krieger did Cable Beach live! This was like seeing Gong trilogy live in '78. Great job on a SF classic. Then I went through my usual rants. Boltoph just played a surprise Otoman. And now Ziplee is cranking some rawk in 7/8 at the Blue Monday. No cymbals just a beer bottle and not the worse for it. Awesome show!

Back at the place we're staying. Fantastic time. Really enjoyed all the sets, will say more later. But thank you a lot to Roymond and Niveous, and to M and Jim for helping out on my set. It would not have been nearly as good or as fun without you.

Nice to meet a bunch more songfighters. Hope to see you all again.

Now it is off to bed. Good night!

I made it home! I caught the last train to NJ.

Great show everyone! And I'm happy to say that the recordings I got came out pretty good. I can't wait for tonight!
