Attachements to board posts

I don't seem to be able to make a new post in the forums thread so I'm posting this here. I am unable to add either a pdf or a word document as an attachment to a post. I'm wondering why not, and what kinds of files are allowed. I'd really like to be able to post a pdf at least. Thanks.

There aren't any configured restrictions on file type. What error message do you get?

Weird. Maybe there's some stupid defaults for "security." I hate phpBB. Try maybe zipping it up or something?
I'll look into seeing where this hidden valid extension list lives.

Ah, never mind, I found the settings for extensions which were well-hidden. Try again?
