LOL. Sorry, *if* you can be bothered, could you move the one stray to the non-umlauted page. Umlauts are so.. 2 months ago. Thanks, and I'll make sure to never umlaut another submission.Spud wrote:OK, look you assholes.

Re: Music Archive
Just noticed that 2 "Lyricburglar" entries are listed as "Lyricburgler". (One seems to have been a filename spelling error by me - the other one - something else)
If they could all be collected under the name "Lyricburglar" at your convenience - that would be groovy.
Thank you.

Re: Music Archive
I don't what, see them? No they're not there. But then again, why would they be there? They weren't hosted by SF. But I would like them hosted here, maybe with a - Nur Ein after the song, or something. I think some of my better tunes were done during Nur Ein.Spud wrote:You don't.Billy's Little Trip wrote:I'd like to see all of my Nur Ein songs in my BLT achieve.

Re: Music Archive
Spud - I went to the archive to link a fellow SF!er to a song of mine, and encountered this: The Stinko archive is broken in two, with one section under del, the other Del. My fault. But usually when you open one up, they are both joined and all the songs listed. Today, however, only the smaller batch would show, and the same songs for each listing. Does that make sense? Like, it only shows the same 21 songs for both del and Del, not all 50whatever there are. No biggie, just a weird thing I encountered. Thanks for your time.

Re: Music Archive
Well, you didn't say whether you wanted them consolidated or not, but I did, anyway. You also didn't say which version of the name you preferred, so I went with Paco del Stinko, since you had more entries under that name, so I had to change fewer of them. Also, it's what you've used more recently.
Anyone else who needs archive consolidation, let me know, and I will take it under advisement. i.e. send beer.

Re: Music Archive
Hey thanks, Spud. Yeah, as Bill Hinc pointed out, del is the proper way to spell it. But I was pointing out that while in the past all the songs would automatically consolidate under either/or both spellings, when I looked today it was only the same 21 under both spellings, all the others out in the void. Regardless, thanks for spiffing it up and I will indeed send beer.

Re: Music Archive
Yeah, I see what happened. Previously, the artist pages were generated on the fly. Now they are cached, so one Paco was overwriting the other. This way is better. All sixty in one place.

Hey Spud,
For some reason Ken's Super Duper Band 'n Stuff only shows one entry on the archive page.

Re: Music Archive
It's not for SOME reason, it's for the SAME reason. Inconsistent band name spelling strategy ( 'n vs. n' ). I have consolidated your two archives into one, and now they all show up.ken wrote:Hey Spud,

Dear Spud,
I was wondering if you can fix mine too. It seems that the new format made all of my songs suck. Could you please make them not.

i dont care if my name is consoladated or not, but i noticed that 21 of my submissions have been erased from the " search by artist " page. Both names now just have the same 3 songs.
Thanks for the frisbee is on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music ect.

Re: Music Archive
Consolidating is currently the only way to fix this problem. I have done so, and all 24 of your songs are now showing up.

Hey Spud, I have a problem with mine too. None of my songs show up with that spiffy "WINNER" tag!

Hi Spud,
Additionally, the Seamus Collective has this issue of only showing one song.
Thanks!

Ken, that's because "the Seamus Collective" only entered one fight. "The Seamus Collective" entered nine, however.ken wrote:Hi Spud,
