Band Page Link

Maybe this has been suggested elsewhere, not sure. But I thought it might be cool if one of the things that comes up under a person's name and avatar in the forums was a link to the page that has the song fights they have done already, such as I have done in my sig.

Why on earth would you want to do that, unless you want to judge people's music based on their board persona?

Perhaps the fightmasters could pop round every night and tuck you into bed as well? :)

I dunno, why should we want to know how many posts someone's made or where there from? It's just interesting info. Besides, then I might avoid embarassing mistakes like telling someone who's posted 21 entries in 3 years that they're pretty good for a newcomer.

Yes, but not everyone is kind enough to register for the forums with the same name as they record under :)

Yeah, but not really.

Of course a simple "we ain't gonna do that" would suffice.

Interviews are a part of research.

Just saying...

Interesting idea MR. Sarah. unlikely. but interesting.

I remember when ... I think it was Phil... anyway, someone briefly campaigned for little trophy icons for winners.

It didn't happen either.

also: flying cars.

(i saw an episode of mythbusters last weekend where they constructed a jet pack based on plans they got from the internet. despite their best efforts, making major modifications, they determined it is simply not feasible with technology currently available to the average person. (nor will it be any time soon; they talked with people at nasa who have failed to come up with a reliably working design despite investing years of work and billions of dollars).)

Obviously Spud feels we can't handle the immense responsibility attached to owning a flying car.

i think the point is, the functionality for this already exists, and it is completely optional, which is as it should be.
