There is a purpose to what we do. I can't believe I would ever say this, but Denyer is right. People's schedules vary. And so do the fight deadlines.

Yeah, in hindsight this is sort of a selfish request. At first I was thinking that I was probably in a majority, but then I wasn't thinking of all our friends overseas and odd hour workers. Though here's a question...why are songs always due at 10:00 AM Pacific? Why not a midnight due date here and there?

And I've just got one word to add - International Dateline.

The 'Nur Ein' game had fixed times - and personally, I found it pretty difficult, as often my weekend was half over before I even got the title.

Keep the deadlines mixed and varied I say - we're international - you will never please everyone - so aim to please nobody.

(jb's 'not liking the titles' argument aside,)

Hasn't this come up before? Like, exactly this issue?

What is this, a democracy or something?

Those are all good points, but I am still disappointed when a Federal Holiday falls outside of the deadline. A full day I could have used to make my song better.
