Sounds interesting... I'd sign up... but then I just realized I haven't finished half the songs I've been working on for the past 2 months yet... so I'd probably write 10 songs in the first 15 days... then fail to do anymore... :?

I'm in under the name "Choose Your Own Adventure". Wish it started July 1st, so I could have counted this week's SF challenge, then I'd only have 49 to go...

There is no way I'd be able to do this and be proud of a single song. :)

I'm obviously not planning to do the 50, but would feel as if I'd accomplished something if I managed to get 15 decentish tracks, plus it'll give me a chance to practise using... instruments!

Wow, you're one song ahead of me :)

Congratulations on a complete 180 in style. Hand claps are a guaranteed hit for me.

Here it is mate, next weeks Songfight entry too... :D
It's a bit rough round the edges, but it is guitar and singing! (well if you can call it singing!)

I haven't started this, and I probably won't until after my show on the 15th. That leaves plenty of time though, right?

The Weakest Suit wrote: goal 1: the concept album (12 songs)
using a random song title generator, i will pick a title for my "concept album". then, once a week, i will randomly generate one title and write a song around it that will be the next chapter in my concept album.
When I did this for an AAD a couple years back (using phrases taken from spam emails received on AAD day) I found it useful to write the songs in random order then decide the order for the album closer to the end of recording.

People who wish to enter this challenge but might want song ideas instead of titles might get inspiration from the second link of my sig, containing ideas from other SF'ers.
