I just wanted to make sure I asked that there be an electric piano available for BSS' set. Thank you.

Just to be clear, BSS would like to have an instrument with an "electric piano" sound, meaning something that sounds like a Fender Rhodes, not a digital keyboard that sounds like an acoustic piano. In the other thread where I asked about this Spud you did say there would be a "digital piano", and provided a sample that sounded like an acoustic piano. That is something that many other folks will probably want, but it's not exactly what BSS is hoping to have available. Does the weighted 88-key digital piano also have an electric piano patch, in addition to the acoustic piano patch?

If you want to hear what it sounds like, here's a rusty sample of a bit of "Is it Cold" played on it tonight. No filters, no EQ, no practice:

Whoa, you guys can be tough on a promoter...

Here are samples of all of the patches on the piano. I did not turn on chorus or any other features...http://www.songfight.org/sf12/Songs/piano_patches.mp3
Sorry I didn't play exactly the same thing each time, but it's close enough. I just riffed a little on an arpeggiated blues scale to give you a sense of the range. I went a little further (and longer) on the one I think you guys are looking for. (no. 6, I believe).

Spud - can you post a link to the full poster? Can't find it. Maybe put it on the first post in this thread?
