The other was the show Spud set up in Seattle at the Jewelbox Theater that featured the only live appearance of The Bloody Hams (awesome show!).

I think I have pics from both shows somewhere.
I think King Arthur played this show too (Ken's party show).

The Seattle show was September 12th, 2004. Jewelbox Theater. Seattle.

Bands:
Bloody Hams
Octothorpe
Glenn Case
KSDBAS
JoS was there (didn't play)
Rabid was there toting the rock (but didn't play)
Puce, Leaf, Bolio played with Bloody Hams with me and Ken
The Susies? maybe

Spud probably has the full line up. It was over 10 years ago! My memory is fuzzy.

The Susies also played at Ken's party show. I remember that. The glockenspiel set.

And Roy played at Ken's party show too! I remember meeting him there.

Late June or Early July, 2003 was when Ken's house party show happened I think. I remember playing "gonna be your man" with Spud playing some old Wurlie in the living room at Ken's house at the time. Good memories! :P

Oh wow. Yes! That was a fun night. I think that was because the Suzy's were in town.

SongFight.org Presents… on February 4, 2006

HOLLYWOOD, CA – February 4, 2006 – The year’s first SongFight.org Presents… show of 2006 will be held at Sound Arena Rehearsal Studios in Van Nuys on Saturday, February 4, 2006 starting at 8:00 p.m. The host of SongFight.org Presents… is Sean Thomas, the one man dynamo of Song Fight band Abecedarian. According to Sean, this live event is an outgrowth of the ongoing activity at www.songfight.org which has attracted the attention of many web portals, entertainment guides, etc., most recently in the April 2005 issue of MAGNET magazine.

Every week, songwriters and performers compete in the competition at www.songfight.org, by writing, recording, and submitting their compositions in response to the titles posted there. Songs are posted, voted on, and discussed on a lively bulletin board, and the cycle repeats the next week.

Participating local bands include Abecedarian, State Shirt, Ross Durand, and Moxie Prophets. Several acts from out of town will appear as well, including Seamus and the Pockets (San Diego), Evil-E (San Luis Obispo), Ken and the New Incredibles (Berkeley), and Octothorpe (Seattle). In addition to material previously presented at songfight.org, bands will play whatever they want.

The show will be located at 7712 Burnet Avenue in Van Nuys. Cost of the show is $5 and all ages.

Also, not an official SONG FIGHT! show (or even unofficial), but it did feature Octothorpe, Role Mach (Patrick Clayton), and the Pathetic Wannabees, who, as I recall, didn't show up. For those of you in the know, this show was attended by Reiko Hornibrook, who after seeing Mad Dog perform decided "I could do that", and now fronts the Seattle Pink Punk band Ichi Bichi. Date on the file is 2008.
