What a good idea. Other good ideas: Infertile couples need the legal right to contraception advice, there should be discos for the deaf, cows given mandatory classes in economics, and life insurance sold to the dead.

and i really like the idea about discos for the deaf. watching them respond to the glorious beats on the dance floor would show the way i feel about the music.

i had an idea once to start a company that would make matching wetsuits for the dolphins and their trainers at seaworld.

Dolphins are already wearing their wetsuits. Heck, a dolphin is a wetsuit. If the music's loud and thumpy enough the Deaf people will be able to "hear" the vibrations elsewhere. Like their feet.
