9/5/15 - favorite Song Fight! fight

Post by fluffy »

Do you have a favorite fight in the archive? Not necessarily one where all of the songs are brilliant or anything, but one fight that just stands out as being particularly wonderful or listen-worthy or the like.

"All Kinds of Sorrow".

It's got great songs by BSS, Caravan Ray, Sonofsupercar, Billy & the Psychotics and Lovebot Bodega. Plus, no songs that are horribly atrocious.

Welcome to _____ is by far my favorite fight. There were so many great songs in that fight. It was also the fight before my debut, so there may be bias as it was (maybe) the first fight I listened to all the way thru.
From spoken word to actual singing, I can screw up any style with style. :D

Well, I was really close to the Hatchet fight with multiple entries, as well as the Commitment and Sacrifice fight for the same reason. So those are favorites.

I think the highest quality batch of songs was Nur Ein 2 "Sister Cocaine"
Phillipso, Older Brothers, Semolina Pilchards, Zipline , Thank Glennny for the Frisbee, The Odoriferous Valley, The Worldly Self Assurance, Berkeley Social Scene, Very Gentle Knives, Daddy Bop Swing Set, GUNS, The Kraken Lives, Cavedwellers
