Mega Man 10

Postby Reist » Thu Dec 17, 2009 10:32 am

It's been announced. Nice and old-school - the way mega man should be.

I'd buy this anyway, but SHEEP MAN!!! gives me more incentive.

I need to wait awhile to read more reviews and get more info on this one... because I'm in the camp that believes the only good Mega Man games were 1, 2 & 9... so if this game is anything like any of the others... ahem... 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8... then I do not want to waste my money... I'd feel dirty... :P

Holy mother of Mister Rogers this is WAY harder than Mega Man 9.

Mega Man 9 had an item shop, which I never used. In Mega Man 10, I can't make it through two bosses without shopping for E-tanks.

By relying heavily on the item shop, I managed to beat all 8 bosses and make it most of the way through Dr. Wily's castle (is that a spoiler? ), but I'm completely out of lives and refills by the time I get to the replays of the bosses. Giving up for the night.
