Love yer stuff! - it's about the competition
Ah, I get it now. You're going to hate this.

Especially after this.

Man, and I thought I was competitive! Ross has the eye of the tiger, for sure. :P No offense taken by any of your comments, Ross, btw. I admit the pressure of this whole ordeal, self-generated though it may be, has been getting to me lately and I've been just a bit testy. Anyway, back to work on our song... aargh...

I'm out. It is now after the deadline and after everything I tried doing with the song, it just wasn't coming together. I do have one vocal and a piano track that I will go ahead and mix down and upload to my server, but that will be too late for the competition. I'll add a link in the thread to at least have that available for anyone interested.

Good luck to all the remaining Nur Einers! It was fun.

The songs will be posted soon. It just happens that someone screwed up and sent in their entry e-mail but messed up the link. That person has an e-mail for me in their inbox and should remedy the problem ASAP.

That means you, BLT! Hurry Up!

Sorry to see that the crunch claimed another victim, Andy. So is the way of the Nur Ein.

[This post is duplicated from the Round 4 thread]

Congrats to the top 6. I'll be following future rounds closely and look forward to voting in round 7.

Bummer to be sailing away from Nur Ein! Island once again. I thought I had a decent shot at making this cut, but...such is the way with so many strong songs.

Nur Ein! is awesome. Thanks Niv for running it, thanks judges, and thanks fellow Einers! I found that after last year I always paid a little more attention to the fighters that had been through the Ein! with me.

I'm looking forward to next year already.

Good luck all!! - see you in Songfight! proper.

True! But this week for the rest of you won't be like last week's challenge was for me (unless you're stopping 1.5 days into it). At any case, I'ma roll with it! :)

Do you play guitar Plat? I hear guitar on some of your songs. Is that keyboard?

Not very well, but enough to float. I'm pretty sure all my Nur Ein guitars have been barred E or A chords so far.
