TuneCore hacked

Post by Lunkhead »

I think some of you out there may use or have used TuneCore. You've probably gotten an email about this already but apparently they've been hacked:

TuneCore deserves it, but (most of ) their users don't. Like Target, they probably wronged the wrong person.

What I find frustrating about this is that it took them A WHOLE MONTH to notify people. Way to be on the ball, guys.

I haven't used TuneCore for years (because they're so ridiculously overpriced especially compared to DistroKid) but I guess I still have an account with them. Which is also awesome, way to retain data way past its usefulness.
