I watched the first season of Metalocalypse with my daughter

She's 10. And she loved it. Her favorite character seems to be Toki. A couple of the scenes made me feel uncomfortable, but she took it in stride. Season 2 tomorrow!

She's too young for this cartoon. Just my opinion, I wouldn't dream of suggesting anything that would make it sound like I am telling you how to raise your daughter. Hell, to be honest I'd probably let a child watch that show myself, of course with the same supervision.

Great show. But there are going to be a few more 'uncomfortable' moments. Especially when it comes to the episode with the uh... creative bass playing. Outside of how outrageously violent the animation is.

Again, don't take this as some uppity conservative American do0d trying to tell you whats right and wrong for your family. Have fun!

Well, I figure she's going to see this sort of stuff on TV anyway, so why not let her watch it with me? She likes the music, too, so that's a bonus

I THOUght I've seen those characters before. I never watch adult swim for some reason. But I have clicked past it from time to time on accident. I really should get adult swim in my routine clicking sequence, lol. I'm such a creature of habit.
