I'm already almost 2 weeks late, and Niv may still be on his honeymoon, so it may not be posted quickly. I didn't want Glennny to have to wait any longer, so I dropped a copy into my dropbox account:
Inevitableguy!

Good choice! That was really cool! It really suits you! Thank you so much! You made it rock! Nice job!

I'm the stiffer for Heuristics Inc and I really apologize, Bill. I had the song almost finished and had to disassemble my recording space for some remolding, painting and flooring. Plus I'm doing most of the work myself, so it's not happening very fast. But now it's done and I'm almost set back up. I was so anxious to set back up I didn't wait for the baseboards to get installed yet, so I'll have to move my desk and shelves away from the wall and climb under stuff to nail them on. But at least I can get back to normal now.
.....well, as normal as I can get. :P

I'm taking off work for a few days after Thanksgiving to get my recording space back up 100%, so I plan to get shizzle doneizzle.

Also, I never got a BLT song. But who's counting. ;)
edit: Never mind, I just noticed I said that whom ever gets BLT can pick from the BatP catalog as well.

Actually, that was Boffo Yux Dudes as the Stifferee. We are delayed but still working on mastering the puppy. I need to add vocals for my part, which I've had a few delays. But it is coming out soon!

For posterity's sake, can we get the late entries up on the fight page?

BYD is in. So late the party not only is over, but several more have started and THEY are over.

We got BLT and picked his NurEinV Round Zero entry 'Time To Panic' and you should be pleased we didn't do the dirgelike version we started with...

Wow. I was going to suggest this was a good time for Coverfight 2014, but seeing as how Berkeley Social Scene was stiffed last year, FORGET IT! I hope whoever stiffed us has a darn good reason...

Maybe we should just have a Stiffee Coverfight - you can only enter if you've been stiffed in a previous coverfight or GoM or some such thing. Just declare your intent to enter, providing the name of the project you were previously stiffed on (and a GoM list, if applicable). Then the names are randomly reassigned and you cover a tune either by the artist you're given or from the GoM list you're given.

And if you stiff on this project, you get a permanent ban from traditional coverfights and GoMs.

Apologies all around, but I kind of forgot this happened. I don't even remember who I stiffed. Now I'm digging through my Private Messages trying to find the message telling me who I got, and even that's not coming up with anything. D'oh!

Niveous, do you still have your records of this fight? If so, can you tell me who I was supposed to cover, so I can belatedly make good?

Scratch that, I found it. Now I'm even more embarrassed. Watch this space for something in the coming week(s).

I know BSS was late getting their cover done for the recent cover fight, but, at least we eventually got the song done. Looks like we never received our cover from this coverfight though. Boo! :(

Also the domain name for the coverfight page has expired or something, so, we can't get to the page anymore. :(

Niv, if you have a new domain you're using these days could you please post a new link maybe?
