I am not saying that these are the only good sos songs.. These would just be the ones I would hope to hear in a live setting. There is still flexibility too, (Would be RAD to hear "Ancient" and "Red Flag" somewhere in there too!) because this would probably only be about a 35-40 minute set.

And I honestly can not wait until I GET to see sos in a live setting. Hearing these specific 12 tracks would be especially awesome to me (as unlikely as that would ever be to happen)

In Fact...... This is a nice collection of songs... I am going to make this a 12 song CD that I can give to friends to introduce them to sonofsupercar's music!

ROCK!

Glenn (DR FUNK)

amazingly bad timing - expressions has redone its web site, breaking all of the links we were given with no apparent replacement.

i'll try to update it tomm.

THE ROCKING HOUR.

i guess we get a copy of the 'cast for posting-to-our-site purposes, so we'll probably do that too unless it's 800,000gb or something.

darn, i guess that's 930-1030, which means i probably won't be able to tune in. love to download the file later, though, if you can fit it on the site.
...better than i thought when i looked before, which is that i thought i had missed it... but that was because it was after midnight, so the date had already changed.

I watched a bit of it, but the stream kept cutting out, so I guess I'll wait to download later.

Missed the first 10 minutes or so, but I caught the rest!

Fun set, Y'all!

Camera highlights included (but not limited to):

1. Closeup of the MC Frontalot and Songfight stickers on Blue's kick drum
2. Dennis playing with his balloon for a moment.

Chatted in IRC at the same time, and we also got the obligatory ass-shot of Stephen which made us wonder if the cameraperson was female.

ROCK!

I listened to the whole thing...but the stream cut out for me too. I think I saw like 5 minutes of actual video..the rest was like a weird slide show of a concert... drums SOUNDED EXCELLENT MAN!!!!

The bass tone.. I heard you guys chatting about it... it was fuckin growley awesome as shit!!!

And the energy...for whatsounded like 6 people in the room...was good. Blue rocked. I don't know who the other dudes are... hell, I barely know Blue...but that was cool. Just wish the video didn't crap out...plus... I didn't realize how small it'd be...and had no clue if or how to make the image bigger. Still... rock!!

Fun to watch. I had to hook up my new P.A. just for this one, even though it's dismantled to take to practice. It was worth it.

btw, I had some video dropouts here and there, but the sound came through almost all the time. Oddly, at the very end, it froze on a closeup of blue.

btw, does Dennis chew gum while singing?

having just watched the VCR of it, he did in fact chew gum... i had no idea, altho i guess i shoulda since he does it all the time at practice. it was cool to hear what a good singer dennis is - i'd really never noticed. wish i could get him to lay it down like that on tape. wish the mix had been more full-band and less guitar-and-vox.
