I've suspected this for years, when I got involved in hi res color proofing and hi-end color printers. It seemed obvious that they'd do this, especially after that little girl counterfitted US postage stamps by hand with a #2 pencil! Now it makes me pause when contemplating printing any sort of activist propaganda. Not that I've ever done anything like that...

Pretty much just avoid the Xerox DocuColor for your seditious needs, heh, yeah. Can link you the EFF article with the translation of the code, if you can't find it there.
