OK, so I've been told (by HeuristicsInc aka bill aka my husband) that I ought to formally introduce myself... hi. A couple of you already welcomed me over on the 'sufficiently italian baptism' prefight thread (thanks, jimtyrrell and Niveous!)

So... hmmmm... interesting to be here as a poster and not just an observer. Not sure how often I'll be 'doing' songfight - we'll see. I don't consider myself a musician, can't play any instruments, enjoy singing but usually prefer to sing in large groups so that my voice doesn't stick out too much. Makes being recorded solo a bit of an adventure for me. :)

My real first name is Michelle - my username come from the name of my undergrad school (Siena College, upstate NY) and also from the city in Italy, which I absolutely loved.
