So far I have listened to The Cow Exchange and Jolly Roger. I am currently downloading <3.

I like Jolly Roger's contribution, and I greatly love The Cow Exchanges. I look forward to blasting the shit out of my ears with the rest.

Ok, I am totally in love with <3 songs. They are just so upbeat and quirky, while still having some depth in them.

Very thank you! d ^_^ V

I am wondering whether I should post the remastered versions of those songs and also a remastered Safety In Numbers. I am saving them for the album that I am putting together but I think that they do sound much better than the versions online right now.

Okay but the place to find them is a secret!

(Also these are still not perfect masters but I am still working on it of course especially since I still have many songs to write before I can call this an album)

This is probably a borderline vanity post, but I'm COMPELLED to share with you that "The Singing Answerman" (my AAW personality) has been selected as today's Featured User on the Yahoo! Answers site.

That, and I got the candy that was Bjam'd to me (yes Bjam, you are now a verb). Sugar high! Thanks!

CORN wrote:That guy stole all my material.

He used to be a customer where I worked. And he used to be a sad guy too; I used to work at a pet food store and he owned a cat with polio but used to always come in to buy his cats treats to cheer her up (I wonder how 'Tabitha The Catitha" is coming along these days).

Anywayz, yeah, because he was all moping around the store, I would sing "Hello! Welcome back to the store, brother!" and he would sing-reply, "Hello! That's my petfood store singing brother!" (until he started talking about his cat's health bills).

I never "sung" him a cat treat suggestion, but I did serenade his departure.

Now he's the "singing answerer". Oh well; more power to him.

To "The Singing Answerer": please give "Tabitha the Catitha" my love. And tell her to stay on the good foot!

So true*. And Tabitha is doing great.

I might have to do another AAW WTF. That was a good experience - it gives you time to put together some decent songs, instead of the AAD where you might only get one or two keepers. I look forward to pulling one off this summer.

Heh, if they mixed this one and yours and started an album in 90 days, I'd be all over it. Call it, An Album A Quarter (AAAQ).
By the way, you had a number of people interested.

I know that for some reason a few people not taking to the contest you reference ticked you off, but let's set the record straight.

I did not overwrite your post until after you had deleted (actually, emptied) it, and then only to restore a reference to the competition, in the case - which seemed to me to be likely - that someone would care. Since then, several people have responded positively, and some might actually be doing it.

Lighten up, dude. Grow some skin. And don't try to re-write history. Believe it or not, some people ARE paying attention.

So when might we AAW? I'm free enough for AAWing most weeks this summer. I heard a rumor that it might be Monday July 9 - Sunday July 15?

EDIT: Hi! I'm an idiot!
