It's not a rap song, but you can't go past I Might Be A Cunt, But I'm Not A Fucking Cunt by TISM.

oh yeah... you're a star!
Based on your statement, the same argument can be made for "entertainment". Frankly, entertainment is much more broad, and whether you "prefer" to call it one or the other does not change the actual definition of the term. Communication is based on creating mutual understanding. If you start changing the meanings of things to suit your own egotistical need to win an argument, you will ultimately fail. Obviously.
Funny, for a guy that tried to make comments about others not understanding "common modern english" (or some such thing) you sure haven't wasted anytime admitting you are wrong...
So, be a man, and admit it. Music is art. Whether you care to call it that or not is irrelevant. The fact, the FACT of the matter is, music is art. You're the one who decided to tell everyone else that it wasn't. Merely writing your opinion does not make it fact.
Admit it.

And beef jerky is very tough and salty... hmmm.... I must stew on this one. You have issues man. Talk to Reggie. He might be able to help you out.
Oh man...the most awesomest thing just happened...the owner of our plant just nearly kicked this dudes ass from Telus... they thought two of our workers on OUR private road were Telus scabs (they are lockedout/onstike depending on who you ask) and came down to our plant to give us shit for having scabs. Hahaha!!! fuckers..they were OUR employees...putting in a culvert. We had asked Telus to locate our lines, and they wouldn't because of the strike, so we did it our selves. As it is a private road, we can do that. Fuck, I put a second extension in at home...wonder if they want to picket me... my boss is like 62 ... he punched the guys pickup truck. There was a bunch of us, in teh office up above, just ready to run down and brawl with teh telus dudes. Would have made for a fun day...
apparently, the hell's angels are throwing there support in with teh telus workers...might make for a nasty confrontation further down the way... frankly, I support their concerns about being downsized... but fuckoff and leave me out of it. Yesterday, we lost all phone service for 27 hours... that messes with our business. I dislike being held at ransom.
Entertainment is Art.Leaf wrote:blah blah blah sandinmyvagina blah blah blah
Art can be Entertainment. But art can also not be Entertainment hence the greater descriptive abilities of the word "Entertainment".
I also like to use the word "entertainment" when talking about my music because my music is about entertaining people, the word "art" can have many other connontations that my music doesnt like being associated with.

Sports are entertainment, but is not art.
Anyway, no one cares what the fuck you want to call your music...do what you want. No big deal.
the itme that IS a big deal is, you decided to tell others that what they did was not art. This is where YOU ARE WRONG.
The assumption that there is "sand in my vagina" is not relevant, the ONLY relevant thing here is that YOU ARE WRONG. I got no problem recognizing when I 'm wrong about something...read back a bit... there are a few times I've said TO YOU, (the one that is WRONG) that I may be mistaken about blah blah blah.... grow up, and be a man. Admit it... your statement about others works of art "not being art, but entertainment" (and thanks for admitting you were entertained...you're starting to make progress piggy) IS WRONG. Hey, guess what? My grammar and spelling is rather poor. And I can admit it...cause... I'm a man. (thus, sadly, no vagina to call my own. Which is a damn shame...cause I KNOW what I'd do with it).
Furthermore, you are displaying your complete weakness by avoiding the FACT that you are .... wait for it....
WRONG.
Deal with it piggy.

upon re-reading the definition of art that I am referencing from dictionary.com... it appears that one COULD make the argument that sport is a physical art... so, it appears I would be possibly wrong. Big deal.
It is still a total red herring to focus on that crap.
YOu are still wrong to tell others that their music is not art. You are not an authority on art anyway, in anyway.
STILL WRONG PIGGY.
