good luck with that.Rone Rivendale wrote:My streak is over. I procrastinated just long enough to reach the 11th hour and now I just don't feel like doing it. *stretches* I'll just have to start another streak with the next title.

Re: Something for Everyone (prefight)?
Well I had a guy-n-piano track cooking. I sent chords and lyrics to Mike Lamb and it came back slowed down guy-n-guitar. So Kasper is in with guys-and-guitar (and tin whistle).

This is the direction I would have headed with this title also... if I had taken the time to do anything at all for it.ujnhunter wrote:The bats have left the bell tower.

Re: Something for Everyone (prefight)?
I'll probably be in with another guy-n-electricG entry. Lets hope it doesn't sound too much like The Decemberists with a bad David Bowie/Crash Test Dummies cover band singer.
EDIT: So yeah, I'm in. I really tried to keep the pitchiness down in the vocals. I had an idea that sounded cool to include a palm muted delayed echoy 2nd guitar, but being my tempo is.... what it is, I omitted that part of the track. I did add a little lead work at the end of the bridge. Overall, given allergies and the amount of time I was able to spend on this, I think it turned out alright.
