Containing 163 vacuum tubes and over 1,000 custom capacitors, the Novachord weighed nearly 500 pounds and was roughly the size of two spinet pianos.

The folks at
Soniccouture sampled this Novachord (and it happens to be on sale through July 3). There is another
Novachord restoration done by Dan Wilson of
Hideaway Studio in the UK. That machine was also sampled and is available from
Hollow Sun.
