Pending forum upgrade

Now that both Nur Ein and Song Fight! Live are over with, this seems like a good time to upgrade the forum software. I will try to get to this later tonight, but it might wait until the weekend.

Okay, the forum has been updated! Please let me know if anything's amiss. In particular, if there's any trouble with logging in; apparently some of that has changed on some themes and it needs testing (although it works for me™).
