Well, If I was in Glenn's shoes, I'd want them to say it in a way that's not condescending. "You have every right to be upset" would actually work perfectly. But them absolving me of blame for the feelings that their actions created would be unacceptable.

That said, I'm clearly not in Glenn's shoes. I don't even know what size he wears.
