It definitely is only acceptable if you time the delay in perfect time with your tune. I hear it on a Bowie tune off of "Ziggy Stardust", but it's more snare delay than "tom delay".bzl wrote:I don't usually like to but it can work as a special effect sometimes. I could imagine tom delay being actually a pretty cool effect here and there. As a matter of fact, I'm going to use some tom delay very soon in a toon...
