I really want to be in. I've laid out a session with tempo, choruses and verses. It all depends on how much holiday time I need to put in.
my blog, http://wednesdayssong.wordpress.com/ features a new song every Wednesday.

Pumpkin Buzzard might just be in for "Credible Threat".

Just what I was thinking.Steve Durand wrote:Better break out your hip waders folks. I sense a flood coming.
Well, my song is finally finished. Be prepared for more falsetto, suckas. Might I also note that my voice was half gone for the entire recording of the song - I went to a flames game 2 days ago and destroyed my vocal chords. That's my excuse for the bad vocals.

Is MC wreckshin supposed to be a great name because when you say it out loud, you end up saying "erection"?
In any case, I have a solo entry in for I Want To Get On It. Brace yourselves. If you thought last week's was lo-fi and wobbly, just wait until you get a taste of this. I've actually been actively pursuing a 90's lo-fi indie sound, but man, I really need to keep my fi in check. Some of it's intentional, but some of it is just doing everything last minute on no sleep. I thought it sounded fine when I sent it, then I thought I hated it and it was terrible, then I started to think it was okay again, although certain parts still stood out. I'm sure I will vacillate thusly for the entire week. In any case, it's probably on the to-be-re-recorded-later list. But then, what songs of mine aren't? I normally don't write this much in the prefight, out of a fear of tainting the song's own artistic merit, or coloring reviewers' opinions by putting expectations in a certain place, or something. But hey, it's almost Christmas or stuff. Whatever that means. Have a great day, everyone.

Well, nobody told me not to, so I went ahead and finished that solo entry for "Credible Threat". I'm channeling John Darnielle a bit, so I suspect you'll either love it or hate it. But at least it's short ( 1:48 ).
I'm back.
I'm back.

Yeah, Joneric, I would say not to worry if you only guested on the other recording.

Alright, folks. It took me a while, but I've got it.
Mike Sweeney = Mike's weenie
He was apparently inspired by his real name to develop a rapping name with the same effect.
MC wreckshin = Em's erection?
