Basically, you pay $5 for the privilege to enter a song. The 100 songs with the most votes go on to a second round, where they're cut down to 20, then 5. These people are flown out to Chicago to do live performances, and the best 2 play at Lollapalooza. I'll vote for any SongFighters if they enter.

It is completely unclear to me what you are submitting. They use the terms "submit your band" in several places. I drilled down a couple of levels and it didn't get any more clear. I stopped short of signing up. Maybe it tells you there.
