Another San Francisco show?

Set up live gigs with each other, announce gigs you're playing around the country or whatever, talk about how the show went, post links to recordings, etc.

Another San Francisco show?

Post by Lunkhead »

Hey folks,

I think both the SF! Live venues enjoyed having us and would be open to hosting more Song Fight! shows in the future. Would anybody be interested in doing another show in San Francisco, like in September or November? I'm thinking of something smaller, like the old Song Fight! Presents shows from a few years back. I think it would be great to have a few local acts and a couple out of town acts. Maybe we could even do a small unofficial live fight, if that's OK with the fightmasters. If there is enough interest I can contact the venues to see what might work for them.

i can't speak for the other brody d00ds but i could be up for it. i know mark (our drummer) had a great time meeting you guys, so if eric can't do it, i could probably get mark to do an acoustic thing with me.

If it's acoustic, maybe we could get SoCha to book us and then silently drop us at the last minute again. It would be AWESOME.

But seriously though hell yes I want to do this. I've been practicing with my loop pedal again and thinking, fuck that, acoustic like Zephyr. Simple is good.

I got a bit busy and now I'm going to on vacation for two weeks in October, so I can't really organize something like this for a bit longer than I hoped, like maybe not till next year, what with the holidays in November and December. Doh!
