Careful now. There is a precise science to the use of exclamation marks during Nur Ein.

Wow, Niv. You almost made a Jewish guy write a song about Jesus. Then I looked it up and realized that the blood did not actually come first. *phew*

You learned a little something about Jesus. The round is already educational.

I'd pick Jesus over Rambo. But Jesus v Steven Seagal would be a pretty even match-up. Son of God or not - a roundhouse kick to the face is a roundhouse kick to the face.

I don't want to do a menstrual cycle song, because I'm sure that's what EVERYONE is going to write about and I want to be different. Still thinking. I can never come up with a guitar riff or rhythm until I have an image in my head or subject to play about. So I'm at a stand still right now, ugh! Image

My blood,
There's only you in my life
The only thing that's bright

My first blood,
You're every breath that I take
You're every step I make

And I
(I-I-I-I-I)
I want to share
All my blood with you
No one else will do...

My song is written! Good thing because we go away on Saturday morning and no room in the car for an instrument. My song is educational and is NOT about bodily functions!

If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

Ok, I have a direction and it gave me enough of a mental picture to come up with a shweet riff and groove. A little on the dark metal side, which I didn't intend on right out of the gate. But the music gods want what the music gods want. I'm just their conduit. They say, we're going to send you musical suggestions via espn and we want you to make a song. I say, no prob, I con duit.

...I like to talk to the gods like the Terminator.

Two failed premises in, I finally landed on one that I think is going to stick. Now just over 60 hours to get it in binary.

I had managed to combine all TWO (or THREE?) cheezy themes into one MEGA-inappropriate song. But it wasn't remotely edumacational.

Damn. Damn-damn.

Oh dear.

I can't decide whether or not to go with this thing, which might be the most ridiculous and uncharacteristic song I've written in all my days.
