Has anyone used - or even just checked out - [urlhttp://grooveshark.com/]Grooveshark[/url]?
It looks like a cross between Pandora (with it radio and "find similar" features) and ReverbNation's hosting, analysis and promotional tools for artists:

Actually, it reminds me a lot of Jamendo, as well.
