Re: Original Flava Coverfight 2013
I'm in as well.
It would rock harder to do a Psychotics tune I suppose, 90% of the songs the lyrics/melody are my work (BLT wrote lyrics, etc. for a few of them if someone is set on a BatP song that draws me). But it might be more RangerDennish to do a ME tune. They're all in there. yes all Nakazawa tunes are Niv on words/melody.

It's possible... I think one year I got stiffed entirely and determined that my gifter was either you (for the 3rd time) or "Enter It in the Art Show" (for the second time). Which seemed odd because back then you were the only two artists who had ever gotten my gift in before the deadline!roymond wrote:Do I still owe you a GOM?

Re: Original Flava Coverfight 2013
Sounds like fun!
I'd like to do one collectively as the Psychotocs, but will do a BLT version if that doesn't happen.
Also, as Dee mentioned that she is a psychotic as well as a DJranger. I wrote and composed all of the Psychotocs music, so who ever gets me, BLT, can expand their choices with BLT and Psychotics music as well, I suppose.
edit: After thinking. Would the tribute be more based on lyrical content? Either way, I'm ok with someone picking a Psychotics song if they get BLT. Dee writes better lyrics anyway, lol.

I don't know if it would be too much to add Psychotics TO the mix as well as keeping us as individuals, like BSS is doing. This way we can whine and cajole Paco to join us for it too But we could do that regardless, and so I don't mind us going as Psychotics either way now that here you are in the thread BLT-Chris

Funny how a guy gets setting up his new music room that doesn't even have a desk, but has been perusing the Ikea webztersitez.

Re: Original Flava Coverfight 2013
You can see a list of songs I worked on in the "Liner Notes" link in my sig. Including collaborations and sidefights. But if you are planning to cover one of mine I suppose it should be one I sang on, to ensure it was reasonably enough my song.
I have an intriguing idea for my choice for my coveree's song but I will listen to all of the songs then decide.

Glennny,
Your coverer asks:
You have been involved in many projects, which ones do you consider fair game for this coverfight

Hoglen & Wages are in. Please tell me its not too late! Well, if there is anyone else late to join.... or we could just be assigned someone who should have two songs covered (one by us and one by another)?

Re: Original Flava Coverfight 2013
Sad face. I'm guessing the lack of response is an indication that we are a day late and a song short. Be I wrong? For we could totally start on this tomorrow.....
