Other than my concern for Glenny's future at Tesla, I really like to hear about the Apple car. This is how the technology will evolve and improve. When billionaires are in a race to out do each other for a niche in the market, and it's for something that's good for the environment, everyone wins.

Electric cars themselves are not where the real future is, it's a lighter, smaller and the longest lasting batteries that will be the biggest technology breakthroughs. Lighter motors will help, but electric motors are already pretty much perfect. 3 moving parts. Two bearings and a shaft.

LOL. It's good to be acknowledged for my craft. I'm imagining this is how Beck felt for getting the best album of the year and seeing Kanye start to say it should go to Beyonce, but turns around and walks off stage speechless.
