Re: Nein IX
This is what I wrote Monday after I saw the challenge- feel free to use it if you want to! All I ask is that you say who wrote it and let me hear the final results
Stop! You’re killing me!
April 30 2014
Can’t WAIT!
Can’t wait until the day
When I fin’lly get to hear you say
“Please stop (please stop!)
Please stop! (please stop!)
You’re killing me!
Can’t wait to hear you cry (you cry)
“You make me want to DIE!”
Just the same
As the way
You made me feel
Please stop, please stop
Please stop, please stop
Please stop, please stop
Please stop, please stop
Please!
You’re killing me!
It will be so sweet
The next time that our eyes meet
When you understand
Everything I did was planned
Sweet revenge served cold as ice
It will be so very nice
For me, any way
But until we reach that day
I am here and have to say-
I can’t wait!

Fast Lane Junkies. I botched the transition from double back to regular the first time, and don't have the time to fix it.

You do? At what point in the song? (It's there all of the time during the rock part, except for that last verse/bridge thing.)Generic wrote:Hey, I hear your sarrusaphone!

Re: Nein IX
Oh... So it's not the moody instrument noodling in the background after the chimes at the end of the first verse?

Re: Nein IX
Nope, just a bass guitar there, if that's what you mean. It's a short scale bass though, maybe that's why it sounds a bit awkward.

Re: Nein IX
I wrote my song on Monday before I knew I was out, so I decided to just do a quick recording of it anyway. Enjoy!
