Roughly US$7 for 2 litres - it stays down a little longer than most and does the job good and proper. Not too much oak flavour - so it is suitable for early morning drinking before work. Discerning palettes will move onto something more fully-bodied around morning-tea time.
When it comes to a spot of outdoor drinking, I take my lead from the experts, tramps, hobos, gentlemen of the road call them what you will. More often than not, their weapon of choice is cider. This is not to be confused with the apple juice that our American brethren are familiar with. No, this is 7.5% by volume and you get a lot of volume for your hard-earned. Best of all of these 'supers' is Frosty Jacks - The Champagne of Tramp Juice.
