D.NAU FORMS BAND, PLAYS GIGS.

Post by Nau,D »

Hey all, I (Dylan Nau) have been busy getting a few bands together.

Dec 2nd - 5 Corners Saloon - Mpls / playing guitar with my new band "Gold Standard"
Dec 16th - Cabooze - Mpls - "Gold Standard"
(we actually play some songfight tunes)

another band Im in playing Organs and things called "Jafunkta" playing at the 5 Corners on Jan.6

Havent been recording a whole lot but trying to concentrate on writing for a band. Man! Josh seems to win all the time still.

Cool, what town? Though I am thinking far from my location if you are in the land of cold weather.

I don't suppose "Mlps" is short for "Toledo, OH", is it? :(

Yeah, but only thanks to the fact that you've been too busy to fight!

Dear Dylan-

I tried to call you the other day, but the number was apparently dis-inter-activated.

Are any of them dudes I met in your new band?

lovingly,

As Puafua said, it's Minneapolis.
Those dudes never write out their whole town name. Can you blame them?

i'm not so sure it's a bot or a total spammer. if you check out his post history in his profile, they have done reviews, etc.

not doing themselves any favors by digging up 4 year old posts.

He's clever, but I will be tarred and feathered if he actually listened to the ancient fights that he "reviewed."

My theory is that he's reading the posts immediately above his to formulate his "reviews."

If you do a Google search for "John82" and "Guitars101" you'll find that he has a similarly odd presence on a number of boards -- resurrecting old threads to post bland non-observations about nothing in particular... but always with that signature!
