I'll get right on that. Try not to get robbed by Cuban gangstas while simultaneously swatting at mosquitos, running away from alligators, and helping Jewish senior citizens carry their groceries home. Through a swamp.

The only thing I hate more than people not agreeing with my gross, sweeping generalizations is people misinterpreting them. I wasn't implying Americans were fat and lazy. I was implying that they are the dorky kids that nobody else want's to play with. You know, the sad loners who usually end up being heavily armed and highly dangerous.

Just cheer for the Flames and Sabres. They'll keep you interested. Oh, and you should change the thing in your name where it says Home of the Stanley Cup. I guess you can wait until the playoffs are over.

I'm sorry...I fell asleep during the second vowel in "Curling".
How about when the skip takes out the lone rock in the house and rolls out for a blank end....Exciting!

Did someone say MMA?

'Cause... this one time... this big guy was grappling this little guy the entire first round. It was totally lame. And in between rounds the big guy's all psyched up 'cause he won the round, but the little guy doesn't even look phased. He looks smug, even.

Next round, 5 seconds in, the big guy goes low for the takedown and the little guy JUMPS INTO THE AIR and delivers a FLYING KNEE TO THE HEAD which KNOCKS the big guy OUT.

What I'm trying to say is, Mixed Martial Arts: Flying Knee to the Head.

Most. Exciting. Ever.

What dominance?

2004 Olympics:
USA - population 300 million - 35 Gold
Australia - population 20 million - 17 Gold

At that rate, if we had the same size pool of people to pick our team from we would have ended up with 255 Gold medals - and you guys could only manage 35!

I'm sorry Ray but it doesn't work like that.

Your analogy only works if Australia gets to have 15 times the athletes perform at a time as the US does, and that makes it not equal. Besides, once you take away all the 'fat lazy Americans' we only had 20 million to choose from too. :P

Nice try though. :D

The US sent 613 people to the 2004 Olympics, those underachieving Australians sent 482.

Go Sabres! Moved on to the second round in a very dominant Game 6.
