ReBirth (on the earlier stuff)
ReCycle (once in a blue moon)
Guitars, basses, midi keys, electronic drumset, harmonicas, the rare concertina appearance, organ...

...and coming soon, a freakin' flute (once I learn fingerings, breathing, armbature (sp?), etc.)

Though that's all not really software, but as the topic starter broke his/her own rule, why not?

Hey - can you describe your mastering techniques using Peak?

And I hope you use the Lame plugin to iTunes for MP3s.
