Hello, my songfightfriends. I've missed you.

I am Brian from The Special Relatives. I have not recorded anything in a long time, mostly to please the other songfighters, but also because I have found a real band to play with that makes music that does not suck quite as much as when I make it alone.

We have some shows set up along the mighty East coast in May.

I will pretend to know who you are even if I don't recall! I will even pretend to remember one of your songs and hum a tune that might be it, kinda, but some of the notes will be wrong.

P.S. Any advice or anything? I've never played outside Chicago, really, and have certainly never been out East. Anything we should not miss? Things we should bring, but probably won't unless you tell us? Hm hm?

2 - if you guys ever make it down to Florida, you should try to get book at either The Social or The Back Booth, their great venues for indi bands in Orlando.
