Imagine if Hostess Mostess made an album consisting of songs from their SongFight! catalog---all re-recorded with solid performances, all mixed carefully and mastered properly. If you have any opinions about such a thing, I have 2 questions for you:
1) What is the ideal song list?
2) What tracks would you love to contribute to?
Despite owning a drum set, we have no real drummer. Despite having some guitar chops, we can't shred. Despite being decent singers, we have no bass, alto, or soprano voice. Lyric re-writes, mixing help, arrangement suggestions, bassoon solos, etc.: all are welcome.

Re: Hostess Mostess Album Help
An album by you all would be wonderful. Your songs are varied enough where you could offer a nice blend. While I can't really shred, I'd be glad to offer rock and/or country-rock tinged leads for something, if you'd like.
Bringin' the stink since 2006.

That would be awesome! One song that immediately comes to mind for me is "King Me".
I'd also be happy to offer support, in guitar leads, slide guitar, melodica, accordion, bass vocals, or whatever.

"Pasty White Man" is another good one.
Also "Les Anchois".
"Here Comes My Dragon" too.
I also like "Dinner For One".

"Unless I Change My Mind" is an absolute must, and I will play anything you would like to have me play on the album.

I'd love to provide some rhodes for you album, if it makes sense on any of the tracks. And of course if you want any bonus remixes done. Had a blast doing Pieces Of Eight way back when.

Whoa, I'm late to the party, but my favorite Mostess tracks are "So Kind Stacy" and "Here Comes My Dragon."
Also, I don't know if you're still soliciting musicians, but I'd be happy to play on anything you invite me to. I can play (in roughly descending order of proficiency) piano/organ, accordion, harmonica, mandolin, bass, banjo, ukulele, and guitar.
